I had no idea this blog was even still on the Internet!

Wow how crazy is this?  I just found this blog today on accident and it was kind of fun to look back over what I did in 2006.  It is a little disturbing that my writing hasn't improved at all in 9 years but it was never my strong suit anyhow.

I think I'll spend some time  updating this old project and have some fun with it over the next couple of months. 

Get the warranty!

My daughters finally succeeded in wearing me down, and I bought them each a cell phone for Christmas. I had so many reasons not to do it, including the fear of a gigantic bill and the text messaging mania.

But, I didn't factor this one in.

My two year old son, managed to get a hold of one of their purses and promptly dunked it into the bathtub...and yes in case you are wondering...the 2 day old phone was in there!

Because I declined the warranty at $5.00 per month, we have just purchased a replacement at 3 times the cost of the original!

If you let yourself be suckered into buying your teenagers a cell phone, please take this advice!

BUY THE WARRANTY!!!!!
